The following subjects have been convicted of offenses related to solicitation for prostitution in San Diego Superior Court, East County Branch. They are currently on Court Probation with conditions including geographic restrictions within certain areas of the City Of El Cajon.

If you see these people in the restricted areas, please:

Call the El Cajon PD non emergency line 619-579-3311 to make a report. An officer will contact you and attempt to contact the suspect.
If the suspect is not arrested for a new charge the officer will instruct the suspect to leave the area and a report of the incident will be forwarded to the San Diego District Attorney’s Office requesting the suspect’s probation be revoked.

	Carmona, Alfonso Age: 32; Height: 6’2”; Weight: 190 lbs.; Hair: black; Eyes: brown Carmona was convicted of a prostitution-related offense in San Diego Superior Court, East County Division. He is on probation until 01/11/2009, with conditions to include the following. Geographic Probation Conditions The defendant shall comply with the following street conditions in the areas listed below, and within one block of these areas, between the hours of noon and 5:00 a.m. The defendant shall not: Contact or attempt to contact female pedestrians Engage or attempt to engage female pedestrians in conversation Offer or provide rides to female pedestrians Loiter, congregate, or remain on any public street, sidewalk, or alleyway without apparent lawful reason or business at the following geographical areas of the City of El Cajon: The 500 block of W. He is on probation until 10/20/2009, with conditions to include the following. 	Castaneda, Jose Manuel Age: 56; Height: 5’3”; Weight: 136; Hair: black; Eyes: brown Castaneda was convicted of a prostitution-related offense in San Diego Superior Court, East County Division. He is on probation until 09/19/2010, with conditions to include the following. Geographic Probation Conditions The defendant shall stay away from the intersection of E. Main St. and Safari St. in El Cajon.
	Ferguson, Mark Andrew Age: 54; Height: 5’11”; Weight: 150 lbs.; Hair: brown; Eyes: brown Ferguson was convicted of a prostitution-related offense in San Diego Superior Court, East County Division. He is on probation until 10/17/2009, with conditions to include the following. Main St. and Safari St. in El Cajon.
