	UPDATE: This case is now being investigated by the San Diego Sheriff's Dept. (858) 565-5200. Name: Robert Edward Downer Age: 82 Race: White Sex: Maile Height: 5'9" Weight: 160 Hair: Gray Eyes: Black On May 5, 2009, a neighbor of 82-year-old Robert Edward Downer called the El Cajon Police Department to report that she had not seen him for over three weeks. Officers were sent to check the welfare of Mr. Downer. When officers arrived they found that the house was secure and there were no cars in the driveway. When looking through a window, officers noticed that there was food left out on the counter that had started to spoil. Concerned for Mr. Downer’s welfare they made entry into the home. Mr. Downer was not located in his home and there were no signs of foul play. During the subsequent investigation, it was determined that one of Mr. Downer’s vehicles, a 1995 maroon Chevrolet Lumina, CA License 3NOF507, had been towed from the Oak Oasis County Park located at 12620 Wildcat Canyon Road in Lakeside on April 9, 2009. Mr. Downer is an 82 year old male. According to a family member, Mr. Downer has had some problems with his balance, but for the most part was in good health. It appears that he has taken hikes in the past due to items located in his home. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue will be conducting a search of Oak Oasis Park and the surrounding area today. No Photo Available	Name: Earlene BIGGERSTAFF Dob: 07-26-1943 Age: 64 Race: White Sex: Female Height: 5’7” Weight: 230 Hair: Brown Eyes: Green Earlene Biggerstaff left the facility on 06/02/07. She told staff she was going out for lunch and dinner. She has not been seen nor heard from since. She left the facility wearing a pink sweater and grey cargo pants. 	Name: Pamela Sue Dyson (AKA) Pamela Sue Marsh Dob: 11/22/1958 Age: 49 Race: White Height: 5’11” Weight: 155 Hair: Brown/Gray Eyes: Hazel Scars/marks/tattoos: Glass right eye Dyson was last seen in February of 2003. Dyson last resided at 771 El Cajon Blvd # 11 in the city of El Cajon. There were rumors that she may have met with foul play. Dyson was reported missing on 10/23/2003 by her sister, Mary Kessler. Attempts have been made to locate Mary Kessler in an attempt to interview her and other family members. 	Name: Penny Lee Earlywine (AKA) Penny Lee Kniert Dob: 03/20/1950 Age: 57 Race: White Height: 5’0” Weight: 200 Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown Earlywine was last seen in May of 1989 driving her 1984 brown Mazda RX7. There were reports that she was depressed and possible suicidal. Earlywine was reported missing on 07/31/1994 by her son Tony Olson. Attempts have been made to locate Olson in an attempt to retrieve a DNA sample. This sample is needed so that a profile can be entered into the Department Of Justice’s Missing and Unidentified person’s database. LOPEZ-RAMIREZ Dob: 10-25-1975 Age: 32 Race: Hispanic Height: 5’7” Weight: 185 Hair: Bald Eyes: Brown Mr. Ramirez was staying in a hotel in Santee with his girlfriend, Jahna Marquina. Mr. Ramirez left the hotel on 09-03-07 to an unknown location and never returned to pick-up his girlfriend. Ms. Marquina returned to their residence in El Cajon and an unknown Hispanic male gave her a tow slip showing Mr. Ramirez’s vehicle had been towed by CHP. The vehicle was released to Mr. Ramirez on 09-05-07 per the tow company. Mr. Ramirez has not been seen since and his girlfriend reported him missing on 09-07-07. A check of Mr. Ramirez’s address showed that the residents had moved and there was no forwarding information. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jose A. 	Name: Bernabe NUNEZ Dob: 01-26-1935 Age: 73 Race: H Sex: M Height: 5’ Weight: 143 Hair: Gray/Black Eyes: Brown Bernabe Nunez DOB of 01-26-1935 is a missing person last seen at the El Dorado Care Center, 510 East Washington, El Cajon, California on 08-25-2008 at aprox. 1200 hrs. Nunez has been in the Care Center for the last two weeks, prior to this he was at the Pioneer Memorial healthcare in Brawley, California. Nunez was last wearing sweats and a plaid polo shirt. He suffers from Alcohol Related Dementia. He is without his needed medication. If located please contact Detective Agent Richard Rouleau (619) 441-5506.
	Name: Christopher George Schafer Dob: 07/21/1969 Age: 38 Sex: Male Race: White Height: 6’3” Weight: 230 Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Schafer was last seen on 08/06/1997 driving his grandmother’s vehicle. The vehicle was located on 09/12/1997 on the Sycuan Indian Reservation. The vehicle was damaged and parked on the property of a tribal member. That person was uncooperative with police. There have been allegations that Schafer may have owed money reference drugs to some Hispanic subjects and he may have met with foul play. 	Name: Jack Eugene Waller Dob: 03/15/1954 Age: 54 Race: White Height: 6’00” Weight: 230 Hair: Blond Eyes: Blue Narrative Waller was last seen on September 27, 2007 by his brother at his residence in El Cajon. Waller suffers from schizophrenia and does not have his medications. Waller has gone missing in the past and has ended up in downtown San Diego and in the North County.
