EL CAJON - On Friday January 11th at 3:30 PM, a lone suspect entered the A-1 Self Storage located at 556 W. Main St. and confronted the clerk. The suspect used a handgun to threaten the clerk and demand money. He disconnected the phones and took the cell phones belonging to the victims. He then took cash from the registers. The suspect fled the store on foot. The suspect is a Black Male in his 20's 508 tall and about 150 lbs. He pulled a mask over his face prior to entering the store.

Investigators have obtained video surveillance footage of the incident. The video is available to the press by contacting Detective Barber.
